Chip Conk is a famous American businessman that had established several real estate, medical device and publishing companies. He is known to have a history of success. When he was studying at the University of Santa Barbara, he established his first company called Day Dream Publishing. Day Dream Publishing is one of the worlds largest calendar publishers. Its products have been distributed to more than 27,000 retail stores across United States. The calendars and posters are also distributed to 26 different countries around the world.
Chip Conk established the Montecito Property Company. This company needed more than 8,000 condominiums in 14 states. He renovated the properties and sold them out within 2 years and 6 months. He won the Visionary Recognition Award in 2005. In 2006, he ended his involvement in the condominium business. He focused on medical assets from 2006 2008.
Chip Conk is the owner of various medical centers, cancer centers etc. He took over the Cyber Knife Cancer Centers located in Roper Hospital and Mercy Hospital and also setup the Montecito Medical Investment Company (MMIC). He plays a dynamic and central role in the company’s success and expansion. This particular company got hold of many medical offices like nursing homes, surgery centers, hospitals, and care centers. MMIC is considered to be among the most rapidly expanding companies which renovate medical buildings. In the year 2008, he, along with several other top businessmen created Santa Barbara Medical Innovations (SBMI), which was designed to offer the most excellent health care items. SBMIs initial product was a body contour laser machine, known as Zerona. It was in the year 2009, when Erchonia designed the laser machine. He also owns a medical company called Santa Barbara medical Innovations.
